Frequently Asked Questions

Remote not working.

Problems may arise under the following circumstances:

1. If power is not supplied to the bathroom:
Check if power is coming by plugging in electronic devices like a hairdryer. If power is supplied, unplug the bidet's power cord, wait for 1 minute, and then plug it back in to reset the bidet.

2. If power is not supplied to the bidet:
Check if the POWER LED on the main display panel is lit.

3. If the remote control ran out of battery:
Press the buttons on the remote control to see if the LED light on the remote control lights up. If the LED light is off, replace the batteries with new ones.

4. If there is an issue with the remote control buttons:
Turn on the camera function of your mobile phone and aim it at the remote control receiver.
While looking at your phone's screen, repeatedly press the malfunctioning buttons on the remote control.
(If only certain buttons do not emit light, there may be an issue with the remote control.)


Remote not powered

Problems may arise under the following circumstances:

1. If the remote control ran out of battery:
Press the buttons on the remote control to see if the LED light on the remote control lights up. If the LED light is off, replace the batteries with new ones.

2. If there is an issue with the remote control buttons:
Turn on the camera function of your mobile phone and aim it at the remote control receiver.
While looking at your phone's screen, repeatedly press the malfunctioning buttons on the remote control.
(If only certain buttons do not emit light, there may be an issue with the remote control.)


The nozzle does not come out / does not retract.

Problems may arise under the following circumstances:

1. If water is not supplied to the bidet:
Fully open the valve connected to the bidet hose, then unplug the bidet power cord for 1 minute before plugging it back in to supply water to the bidet.

2. If there is a reception failure in the remote control:
Press the LED button on the remote control to verify if the bidet is operational.

3. If the seat sensor does not detect human skin:
How to check if the seat sensor is operational
Press the nozzle cleaning button to check if the nozzle comes out (if the nozzle comes out, it is functioning properly).
After the nozzle comes out, please ensure that the nozzle goes in when you make skin contact with the seat sensor (located on the left thigh area).

* Our bidet requires seat sensor (located on the left thigh area) to detect human skin in order for nozzle function to operate.


The nozzle comes out but no water is coming out. (Low water pressure)

Problems may arise under the following circumstances:

1. If the water supply valve is not fully open (if the water pressure at your home is less than 1 kgf/㎠):
Please fully open the valve connected to the bidet hose.
- Check the water pressure at your home. (If the water pressure is less than 1 kgf/㎠, the water sprayed from the nozzle may be reduced.)

2. If the nozzle water pressure setting is at level 1:
Adjust the water pressure using the remote control before use.

3. If there is debris in the mesh:
Detach the water supply hose, clean the mesh, and then use it. (Refer to the mesh cleaning guide)

4. If the bidet water supply hose is bent or the water supply hose assembly is incorrect:
Check if the water supply hose is tangled or bent before use.
Detach the water supply hose and check the rubber packing on the hose before use. (Bidet hose check guide)

5. After using the Turbo wash function, if the water pressure is weak when using the posterior/feminine function;
It may be because the Turbo wash function operates at the lowest pressure setting regardless of the set pressure level (to avoid discomfort in the area). Therefore, please reset the water pressure when reusing the posterior/feminine function.


The posterior/feminine/turbo wash function is not working.

Problems may arise under the following circumstances:

1. If power is not supplied to the bathroom:
Check if power is coming by plugging in electronic devices like a hairdryer. If power is supplied, unplug the bidet's power cord, wait for 1 minute, and then plug it back in to reset the bidet.

2. If there is a reception failure in the remote control:

The seat is not warm

Check if power is coming by plugging in electronic devices like a hairdryer. If power is supplied, unplug the bidet's power cord, wait for 1 minute, and then plug it back in to reset the bidet.

2. If the bidet seat temperature setting is at level 0:
Adjust the bidet seat temperature to levels 1 to 3 using the remote control before use.
(Please confirm the reception sound (beep) from the bidet when adjusting the seat temperature.)
(It takes approximately 5 minutes to warm up the seat. Please wait for about 5 minutes after setting the seat temperature before use.)


3. If the power-saving mode is activated:
If you have enabled the power-saving mode, please deactivate it.

The bidet seat is not staying warm.

Problems may arise under the following circumstances:

1. If the power-saving mode is activated:
If you have enabled the power-saving mode, please deactivate it.

The drying function is not warm.
The drying air is weak.

Problems may arise under the following circumstances:

1. If there is no power in the bathroom:
Check if power is coming by plugging in electronic devices like a hairdryer. If power is supplied, unplug the bidet's power cord, wait for 1 minute, and then plug it back in to reset the bidet.

2. If the drying temperature setting is at level 0:
Adjust the drying temperature to levels 1 to 3 using the remote control before use.
* If the drying temperature is set at level 0 or 1, you may experience weak drying air.
* If the air speed is too strong, it may cause odor to rise, so we have not set the air speed to strong in order to prevent odor from rising.


The bidet unit is leaking from the nozzle or inside the bidet unit.

Problems may arise under the following circumstances:

1. Water pressure check:
If the water pressure at your home is above 6kgf/cm2, it may cause minor leakage. Please lower the water pressure to below 6kgf/cm2 before use.


There is leakage from the bottom of the bidet unit.

Problems may arise under the following circumstances:

1. If the water supply hose is not properly connected:
Close the valve connected to the bidet's water supply hose and reassemble the bidet and the water supply hose. Then check for any leaks.

2. If the connection between the upper bidet unit and the ceramic bowl unit is not properly established:
Reassemble the upper bidet unit and the ceramic bowl unit, then check for any leaks.


The drying function is not working.

Problems may arise under the following circumstances:

1. If the water supply hose is not properly connected:
Close the valve connected to the bidet's water supply hose and reassemble the bidet and the water supply hose. Then check for any leaks.

2. If the connection between the upper bidet unit and the ceramic bowl unit is not properly established:
Reassemble the upper bidet unit and the ceramic bowl unit, then check for any leaks.


The bidet is not functioning.

Problems may arise under the following circumstances:

1. If there is no power in the bathroom:
Check if power is coming by plugging in electronic devices like a hairdryer. If power is supplied, unplug the bidet's power cord, wait for 1 minute, and then plug it back in to reset the bidet.

2. If power is not supplied to the bidet:
Check if the POWER LED on the main display panel is lit.


The circuit breaker is tripping.

Problems may arise under the following circumstances:

1. If the power cord is not properly connected:
Ensure that the power plug is securely inserted into the outlet, as loose connections can cause issues.
(Be sure to use an AC 120V~, 60Hz outlet with proper grounding.)

2. If there are electrical issues with the bathroom outlet:
Disconnect the bidet power plug from the outlet and plug in another electronic device such as a hairdryer to see if the circuit breaker trips.
→ If the circuit breaker trips, contact the building management or an electrician to inspect the electrical outlet.


Flushing does not work

The flushing may not operate properly under the following condition:

1. If the toilet bowl is clogged:
Press the jet button on the manual flush button to check if the toilet bowl is clogged.
(If clogged, there will be no water flow, only bubbles.)

2. If the water pressure in the bathroom is low:
2-1. Adjust the water pressure using the valve connected to the bidet's water supply hose.
(Turn counterclockwise to fully open the valve.)
2-2. Remove the pressure reduction valve for flushing.

3. If water is being used elsewhere simultaneously:
Our bidet operates directly from the customer's water pressure. When water is being used elsewhere (washing machine, sink, shower), it may result in reduced water pressure, affecting drainage.

4. If the original water pressure is low:
Check the water pressure at your home.
(If the pressure is less than 1.5kgf/㎠, drainage may not be efficient.)
(To confirm the minimum required water pressure: Open the water supply valve fully and collect water in a container for 10 seconds, then check the quantity (3.5 liters).)

5. If a dual valve is installed:
Remove the dual valve and use our bidet's water supply hose.

How to clean the nozzle

The nozzle cleaning method is as follows:

External Nozzle Cleaning (Manual):
Press the nozzle cleaning button on the remote control or control bar to extend the nozzle.
Clean the exposed nozzle with a brush.
After cleaning, press the nozzle cleaning button again to retract the nozzle.

Internal Nozzle Cleaning (Automatic):
Our bidet automatically cleans the interior of the nozzle (posterior, feminine, turbo) once during nozzle usage, and once more after usage is completed.
