Q: What should I do if my bidet seat seems to be leaking from the nozzle area?
A:
First, please check the following:
- If water comes out from the nozzle before or after any bidet functions, this may be due to the automatic nozzle cleaning function. In this case, the water should stop within 1–2 minutes.
- If water is dripping from the hole on the right side of the nozzle, this is residual water inside the unit. This will also stop within 1–2 minutes.
If the leaking does not match the above symptoms, it may be caused by external factors.

1. Inspect the mesh filter to see if there is a significant amount of debris accumulation. If so, clean the mesh
filter. (Refer to the attached file, External Checklist #1)
👉 If the issue continues after following the above steps, please contact our support team at

A:
Please check the following:
1. If water comes out from the nozzle before or after any bidet functions, it may be due to the automatic nozzle cleaning function.
- In this case, the leakage should stop within 1–2 minutes.
2. If water is leaking from the small hole on the right side of the nozzle, this is residual water being released from inside the unit.
- This should also stop within 1–2 minutes.
👉 If the leakage does not match cases 1 or 2 above, it may indicate an internal issue. Please contact our support team at support@vovousa.com for further assistance.
LED Issue
Q: Why does the LED light on my bidet appear dim?
A:
If the UV LED light appears dim, this does not indicate a fault with the unit. The dim light is due to the UV sterilizing function, as UV LEDs are invisible to the human eye. If the light were brighter, it would no longer
function properly for sterilization.
However, the issue may also be caused by the LED lens being compromised. Please follow the steps below:
Steps to check the LED lens:
1. Unplug the bidet and remove the seat from the catch plate.
2. Inspect the underside of the seat where the LED lens is located to confirm the lens is present.
- If there is any foreign material on the lens, the view may appear dark. Please clean the lens.
3. If the LED lens is missing, please contact us and provide the requested information as outlined in the attached guide.
