UPDATE: After contacting customer service yet again, they finally sent me an updated version of their T-connector. 3rd time's the charm! The original T-connector and the 1st replacement were the same design, and both leaked no matter what I did to try and troubleshoot the issue. They offered to send me a 2nd replacement of a T-connector with a different design, and it went on soooo much easier and not a single leak! (See new photo for what the old and new versions look like.)I have updated my review from 2 to 4 stars as it was a lot of frustration and pain to keep installing, un-installing, and re-installing the whole thing multiple times, and it also took 2 failed T-connectors for them to offer an improved version (even though I saw other reviewers having similar issues that were only solved with a different T-connector). I am glad that their customer service department was persistent in helping me solve the issue though.-----I really wanted to like this, but I've had it for a month now, and contacted the company about the faulty T-connector... They sent a replacement T-connector, but no matter what, water takes turns leaking from various connection points. The bidet is also rather thick, and there is a noticeable gap under the toilet seat (refer to photo). The original T-connector kept falling apart whenever I tried to attach it to my toilet tank's intake pipe. The metal ring that was supposed to hold the nut in place wasn't tightened properly, and the T-connector kept coming apart and popping off. After contacting the company through Amazon, they were nice enough to send a replacement T-connector. The new one didn't fall apart like the first, but no matter what, it leaks water. I un-installed and re-installed the bidet at least 5 times... If it's not leaking from the top of the T-connector, it's leaking from the bottom, or then from the smaller connection hose that connects to the plastic bidet component.I am currently still in the process of troubleshooting the issue with the company.I am giving this 2 stars, only because the plastic bidet part itself works well enough and the customer service has been responsive. The spray pressure is easily adjustable and it cleans effectively and minimizes the amount of TP used. Unfortunately, I've had to un-install the bidet as it's just leaking and wasting too much water.
