2. Check if the bidet is installed correctly. (Refer to the image below)
- If the unit is not connected directly to the main water and an additional hose is used, water pressure may be reduced.
- In this case, replace the adapter and hose, or connect the unit directly to the water main.

3. If you have A type (Solution 2 in the image), check if the rubber packing is damaged due to excessive pressure.
- Reinstall the hose and packing if necessary.
- If the rubber packing is severely damaged, replace it.

4. If you have B type (Solution 1 in the image), check if the strainer filter is blocked with debris.
- Debris may not always be visible, but it can still obstruct the water supply.
- Clean the strainer filter under running water using a toothbrush.

5. Detach the upper bidet part from the lower ceramic part, remove the water pressure valve (Neoperl) inside the unit, and
reconnect the water supply and ceramic unit.

- If not, increase the overall household water pressure.

- If there is no water in the bowl, odors from the drain pipe may come up and cause a bad smell.

- Make sure the wax ring (used to seal between the drain pipe and the toilet base) is installed properly.

3. If the toilet has been used for more than 2–3 months, clean the inside of the toilet and the bidet regularly.
