So pleased with purchase, I was going to go all out and buy the full smart toilet but this for price plus discount and easy fitting (by a plumber I would advise in case of snags) is ideal. Seat and lid seem a bit flimsy but know problems as yet. Power save light also, but very pleased in all.

In my earlier review I was (and still am!) full of praise for the customer service and support of Vovo. After ordering the elongated, which did not fit, they sent me the round model, free of charge and with a return ticket for the wrong model. Now the bidet-seat is installed, I can tel you someting about the use and experience. In one word: Impressive! The water is instant the right temperature and can be adjusted during washing. Likewise the waterpressure and the position of the nozzle (very important option for pleasant use!) the remote control is easy to use and very clear. No need to explain it to visitors, it is self-explanatory.In the Netherlands the use of a bidet-seat is not standaard or very common (yet). Why is a mysterie to me and I hope this changes. All that paper down the drain that needs to be purified by the water company… So if you are not yet convinced, in addition to personal hygiene this also serves the environment.One more comment about the installation, I could have done it myself once there was an electrical outlet to plug it in. And when you have doubts about which model will fit your toilet bowl, I can recommend you to email Vovo. They have a great paper template what they might send you. As I mentioned, their customer service and support is excellent as well as their product! 💯% satisfied customer and user!
